Payment Terms:

All shipments are made on a C.O.D. or credit card basis until approval of credit. Please notify your sales representative if you are interested in receiving a credit application.

All freight charges will be calculated based on UPS rates from FOB. Other freight arrangements (e.g. air freight) can be made but will be at the purchaser's expense.

Damaged Goods and Shortages:
Title to and risk of loss upon each shipment passes to the purchaser at the Carson Sales loading dock. Prepaid freight costs are made for the benefit of the customer. Any claim for shortage or damage must be made to the delivery carrier by the purchaser. All cartons should be inspected immediately for concealed damage. It is important to note that failure to report concealed damage to the delivering carrier within 10 days of receipt relieves the carrier of all responsibility. UPS damaged shipments must be reported to Carson Sales within ten days of receipt and must remain in original packaging at the delivery point for inspection by the carrier.

Product Returns: Products purchased from Carson Safety.com deemed to be "normal stocking items" may be returned for a period of ninety days from the original invoice date. "Normal Stocking Items" returned within this time frame will be credited less a 15% restocking fee. To arrange for a return, please call or email us at sales@carsonsafety.com.

Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice and become firm upon acceptance of your order, as evidenced by our acknowledgment. Prices do not include any applicable sales, use, excise or other taxes.

Any warranty affecting goods purchased from Carson Safety is provided solely by the product manufacturer, the terms of which will be furnished on request.  Carson Safety may, but shall not be required to, replace the defective goods from Carson Safety inventory or allow for a credit for the amount of the purchase price of such goods.  Carson Safety assumes no liability for any incidental, consequential or other damages under any warranty, express or implies, and all such liability is hereby expressly excluded.
